This method of presenting look amazing, quick and extremely easy. I would definitely consider using this for my next presentation because it actually enjoy using it, unlike PowerPoint presentations, which I’ve used thousands of times and I’m just completely over it. There are endless ways to utilise this software and all work out brilliantly, and best of all, It’s free!
YacaPaca testing
The Yacapaca testing system was shocking, I really would find it much easier to do a test with a pen and paper, if the mark actually mattered. I found it very hard to take the test seriously and to do a proper test for ITE would be ridiculous.
After doing the actual topic test, I have made my decision that Yacapaca is crap, I never want to use it again, it is hard to take serious, I got really frustrated with certain problems with Yacapaca such as the time limit (since when do we have a time limit for each question?! If there must be a time limit, make it over the whole test, half of the questions I have never even heard of before for what ever reason. Another big problem is that it gives you whether or not you got the question right. Isn’t the point of this site to simulate an actual written test? shouldn’t it be as close as possible to a real test? this site is crap, as I said, I never want to use it again for anything that is graded and goes on the report.
Security Inspiration Chart
Today we completed a inspiration chart about all the areas of security, physical – the security we can physically see and touch, administrative – the forms of security that the admin sets up and electronic – the security that is entirely within the computer and the networks.
Flash Assignment Results
Today, after the test, we were all given back our assignments from Mr. Munro and we all got our results. I wasn’t suprised by my result but I wasn’t happy with it either, I ended up with 64%, a poor result in my mind. I knew I wasn’t going to get a great mark because I was rushing at the end to get it all done, not at all trying to make it of outstanding quality. If i could go back in time I would definately work harder in the time I had because I underestimated how little time we actually had.
Flash CS4 Test
Today we completed our first test in ITE, finally bringing an end to the 2010 ITE Flash topic. I, personally, found this test extremely easy and I believe this was a result of the efforts of Mr. Murno making us understand everything about flash, the three homework tasks we completed, and the two week long assignment I previously discussed on this blog.
Flash Assessment Task
Last week on friday we all completed our first assignment for Information Technology, we were given 8 periods to complete it, making it a very demanding task. I completed the task, getting all the word required in on time, but a number of students found it difficult to complete all the work in the set period of time. It was a tough assignment but now I can see how it was very, very benefitial to everyone in this ITE class.
